At AntiGravity, we are trained in navigating confined spaces with breathing apparatuses (BA). This allows for confined space work in areas such as furnaces, silos, bunker pits, ships, tanks, and ventilation and ducting shafts. Often these will require a BA to be worn due to the potential presence of harmful gasses in the confined space.
The other advantage of being BA-certified is that we can perform standby rescue services for clients in a variety of confined space locations impacted by dangerous gasses or low oxygen environments.
We have intrinsically safe, continuous, positive-flow air masks with batteries and P3 filters that allow us to work in dusty and certain chemical environments without the need for long line air and its associated restrictions or a BA set that is worn on a person’s back.
We conduct inspections, perform cleaning services, make confined spaces safe for entry, complete safety net installations, and NDT and MPI inspections including confined space standby rescue where required.
